The Practice of Presence is a way to connect with your consciousness in the present moment. Your present moment, or the now, is filled with truths of what you are experiencing physically, mentally and emotionally.
At Dojiva, we practice presence by integrating movement, vision and hearing exercises with conversation about what is happening in the moment.
Our focus on the now is brought into private sessions and group classes to better help you discover what specific needs you have for bodywork, movement and fitness.
We also offer private sessions and workshops dedicated to the practice of presence.
