Dojiva Fitness brings a fresh perspective to all exercise training. Our approach supports your postural integrity and inner strength with concepts from Aston-Pattering® and anatomical theory. This way of working out also inspires creativity and grace from its backgrounds in martial arts, dance, Pilates and yoga.
Sessions can include: Aston® Pilates, restorative type fitness, cardio-vascular fitness, loosening/breathing techniques, stretching, training with gym machines, ‘stretch cordz’, dumb-bells, stretch bands, bosus, gym balls and sometimes, martial fitness!
