Our approach to fitness recognizes that each new moment brings new possibilities.

Personal Training sessions allow us to create a fitness programme that is specifically designed for you.

Your workout is based on your unique self and honours your goals, energy levels, health history, current fitness and physical abilities.

Your first session includes a postural analysis and assessment of body tension and tone levels. We also explore your movement patterns, range of motion and how you walk, run, reach, bend, do your sport, etc.

Personal training can help lift your whole fitness regime. Your Dojiva trainer can:

  • Check on your exercise technique related to your goals
  • Be available for sessions weekly, monthly or as required
  • Write out programmes for self training days
  • Add a motivational boost to your workouts
  • Assist you with movement coaching related to your sport
  • Integrate massage sessions as required
